Employer Solutions seeks to expand partnerships with a broad spectrum of organizations across in Ontario and beyond to develop new resources for employer outreach and job development. Partnerships are based on mutual benefits so each party both contributes and gains from working together.
ONESTEP has partnered with:
- Our members to develop programs and projects
- Companies through sponsorships and information exchanges
- Community partners such as First Work, Essential Skills Ontario, OCASI and sector councils, and
- Educational institutions like Conestoga College and George Brown College.
Interprovincial partnerships that ONESTEP has joined are with sister organizations like RQUODE in Quebec and ASPECT in British Columbia on specific projects through the national umbrella organization Canadian Canadian Coalition of Community-Based Employability Training (CCCBET).
The key to ONESTEP’s partnership success is the focus on activities with specific outcomes for our sector, for our members and for employers in Ontario.
Employer Solutions will continue this work by generating partnerships to benefit the job development function in Ontario
